The Saskatoon Fire Department was called out to a blaze at a construction site early Friday morning.
Firefighters arrived at 115 Veltkamp Crescent around 3:40 a.m. to find flames pouring out of the structure, an unfinished mutli-unit residential complex.
Crews got the fire was under control within about 45 minutes, with one team left behind to deal with any potential hotspots.
People living in a nearby home had to be evacuated briefly. Two neighbouring buildings and a vehicle parked nearby were damaged.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are still working to determine what caused the blaze.
